Year's Best Fantasy and Horror is an annual anthology edited by Ellen Datlow, Kelly Link and Gavin Grant, and published by St. Martin's Press. Each edition contains a selection of the best fantasy and horror short stories published during the previous year, as well as a list of honorable mentions, and essays by the editors and others.

Datlow selects the horror stories, and Link and Grant pick the fantasy stories for the anthology. Up until the 16th edition Terri Windling was Datlow's co-editor.
