Eilonwy: Remark on change in Nebula eligibility period, general remarks on gender breakdown of Nebula nominees this year.

I believe the Nebulas now follow the 2010 calendar-year format as well, not the old rolling format: [[http://www.sfwa.org/nebula-weekend/nebula-awards/rules/ Nebula Rule]] #4: "The Nebula Awards year shall begin on January 1 and end on December 31 of the year for which awards will be presented."

Worth noting that the [http://www.sfwa.org/2011/02/2010-nebula-nominees/ Nebula nominees for this year] include a lot of women: 5 out of 7 in Short Story, 3 out of 7 in Novelette, 2 out of 6 in Novella (and Rachel Swirsky's is directly concerned with gender), and 5 out of 6 in Novel.
