For many, god and goddesses are part of the realm of fantasy, illusions dreamed up within the imagination of a particular writer as part of the act of world building. Then there are authors who bring forth their own personal Goddess and Earth based beliefs into a fictional portrayal of the modern world, or a pure land of fantasy. Can this be done with dignity and respect? When has then been accomplished successfully? When has this failed?&lt;br /&gt;
