Elisabeta Bostan (born March 1, 1931) is a Romanian film director, scenarist, and the Dean of the Academia de Teatru si Film (Theatre and Film Academy) of Bucharest.

She co-wrote and directed the fantasy film Tinerete fara batrînete (1968), as well as several other fairy tales and children's films. Ma-ma (aka Rock'n Roll Wolf) won the Silver Cup at the 1977 Children's Film Festival in Venice.
