Anne Rice (born Howard Allen O'Brien) is best known for her vampire and witch-themed works. Pseudonyms include Anne Rampling (erotic-themed work) and A. N. Roquelaure (erotica).
Her sister is Alice Borchardt and her husband was Stan Rice.
