* Lucifer is risen. Dean & Sam are whisked away to a plane above Satan's convent, by powers unknown; Castiel suspects God.  Sam is no longer craving demon blood, which they think probably was a supernatural de-tox from the same party that put them on the plane. Angels reveal that Dean is Michael's sword; Dean rejects them, and Castiel carves some angel-invisibility sigils on Sam & Dean's ribs. Bobby stabs himself rather than let his controlling demon kill Dean. Dean says he doesn't think he can trust Sam again.
