* Sam & Dean go to Detroit and Lucifer takes over Sam's body with very little if any struggle.
* [[Lucifer]] (Sam) & [[Archangel Michael]] (Adam) are planning to duke it out near where the boys were born. Dean says he's not going to let Sam die alone, and heads there with Bobby & Castiel. Castiel gets rid of Michael, briefly, to allow Dean to talk to Sam. Lucifer makes quick work of Castiel and of Bobby and then begins methodically beating Dean to death -- until his eye is caught by childhood memorabilia in the Impala, releasing a flood of Sam's memories and, ultimately, Sam.  Sam takes control, opens the trap to send Lucifer back to hell, and prepares to jump in; Michael / Adam returns & tries to stop Sam, and they both fall to Hell.
* Castiel returns, "new and improved", apparently by God; he resurrects Bobby and heals Dean.

* Supernatural electricity flickering outside Lisa's house, where Dean & Lisa & Ben are sitting at a dinner table. Sam looks at them through the window.
