* People are cursed to hear the truth -- sort of a reverse of [[Cassandra]] -- by a spell that raised the goddess [[Veritas]].  Dean gets the curse, and talks to Bobby, Lisa, and then Sam. Bobby and Lisa both tell him the truth; Sam seems to be able to lie despite the curse. At the end of the episode he admits that he came back different: he has no feelings.  Dean beats him into unconsciousness ....
