Alias is a spy-fi TV series that originally aired 2001-2006, created and run by J. J. Abrams. It veered into SFnal territory through SFnal technology and some rather fantastic prophecies (which may have been intended to be science-fictionally explained). Some very subtle science fictional elements. For example, one character in Alias 1x08 "Time Will Tell" may have really been hundreds of years old "impossibly old".
