* Sam prays every day.  Dean doesn't believe in supernatural things unless he has seen them.
* People are having visions of what they think is an angel telling them to kill various wrong-doers.  Sam does too!  And he hopes to redeem himself from his possible evil future.  But it turns out to just be a spirit of a local priest killed in violence.  But then Dean is a little mystified by the unexpected death of the evil-doer that the priest/angel/spirit told Sam to take out.  So maybe there are angels or God after all?
