Kindred Spirits: An Anthology of Gay and Lesbian Science Fiction Stories is a 1984 anthology edited by Jeffrey M. Elliot.
Not an original anthology (all the stories were originally published elsewhere), but still one of the first (maybe the first) g/l sf anthologies.
