blocking users - new discovery
hey - embarrassingly late, i discovered something about the blocking users process, or rather, i paid attention to the screen ... i've started blocking spammers just from anonymous edits, and not from account creation. because if they're spoofing an ip address or using one and get booted off it, then the legitimate users could still create accounts and use them. --LQ 10:08, 11 January 2007 (PST)
