The initial mission of the feministSF wiki is to provide an encyclopedic resource of information about feminist SF, created and organized by the feministSF community, but available as a resource to anyone.
It may also become a laboratory for developing feminist practice in open content. Is open content inherently feminist by its nature? Or are there countervailing trends toward hierarchy and dominance that arise from the process, which show up in existing hierarchies such as gender/sexist hierarchies?
