"Mountain Ways" is a 1996 short story by Ursula K. Le Guin. It takes place in the Ekumen universe on the planet O (first introduced in "Another Story or a Fisherman of the Inland Sea") and depicts the formation of a four-way marriage between two women and two men.

It was a co-winner of the Tiptree Award in 1996.
