It turns out that a just king, concerned about prophecies that a child would take over his kingdom, and tricked by a dishonest and scheming advisor, has tried to find the child, raising fears that the child's life might be in peril. Its mother's friends, Philana and Ophelia, try to save it by putting it in the river. Xena and Gabrielle found it. | |||
