The 11th Hour was an online fan zine that ran for 19 issues, from June 1999 to February 2001.

It was written, created and run by women. Its editor-in-chief was Sarah Kendzior.

The zine included TV, book, comics and movie reviews, and also offered various additional features in each issue, such as interviews, in-depth articles and more humorous content.

Reviewers often made note of the "Strong Chick Factor" of the item being reviewed, and, depending on the medium, of such qualities as the "Re-read Factor", the "Drool Factor" or the "Gross-out Factor".
