Nice Guy sometimes "Nice Guy" (in quotes) or "Nice Guy (TM)" (not in quotes but with a TM tag) refers to a posture that some men assume to explain why they are not getting a girlfriend / getting laid.
The paradigmatic riff of a Nice Guy: "I'm not getting laid, but I'm a Nice Guy, so it can't be that; it must be that Women don't like Nice Guys--they like jerks." (Subtext: Women suck. It's not my fault I'm not getting laid. I'm not doing anything wrong. Women have Sex, and men need Sex, so men need Women. So Women have power because they can withhold Sex from men. Women suck.)
