The FSFwiki is a newborn, as of April 23, 2006. Process will be developed, hopefully in a consensus manner. If processes don't develop in a consensus manner, and things start to fall apart in a typically leftist/feminist/movement in-fighting ugliness, then the user administration triumviraga will step in. If the triumviraga falls apart, then, by the nine-tenths of the law that is possession, Lquilter will make the decision. But the goal is to set up self-maintaining processes that don't require such interventions. This page will be a home for this information.
Some basic documents on collectives (like this wiki) and gender in collectives:
- The Tyranny of Structurelessness by Jo Freeman (aka Joreen)
- On Boys in Collectives by Mike @Zone
- The Wisdom of Crowds article on collective action, distributed teams by Anne Zelenka
Basics on consciousness-raising, which can be helpful for people figuring out their own oppressions and their own complicity in oppressing others:
- Getting Together: How to Start a Consciousness-Raising Group, by Marge Piercy and Jane Freeman (1972)
- "Consciousness Raising" on Wikipedia
- "Consciousness Raising: A Radical Weapon by Kathie Sarachild (1978)
- CR Guidelines
- How to Start Your Own CR Group
