Summary

Catherine Black and Lara Means investigate the religious visions of a teenage girl; Catherine, in her capacity as a social worker, is there at the request of an old friend working at the girl's school, and Lara, working independently, on behalf of the Millennium Group.

The girl, Clare McKenna, could be a descendent of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene, as DNA test results which Lara gives to Catherine would seem to indicate.

Notes

Pwns The Da Vinci Code, for several reasons, including but not limited to actually meeting the three requirements of the Rule, being written by women, and giving female characters much stronger and more nuanced roles, all within a 45-minute television episode and five years earlier.

Features the song "Dancing Barefoot" by Patti Smith.
