Xena and Gabrielle are trapped in a city being attacked, and the siege causes Xena to relive her own siege of Corinth, in a series of flashbacks — and her history with Borias and the birth of Solan.
Notes (& spoilers)
Xena starts out by telling Gabrielle about her vision of Gabrielle's death, and tries to be a bit over-protective; Gabrielle resists Xena's protectiveness and tells her the discussion's over. Xena seems unconvinced but acknowledges that she'd certainly never bring it up again.
