- Ursula Le Guin: "Tehanu"
- Michael Moorcock: "Gloriana"; this is a story about a sexually unfulfilles queen, who is 'freed' by a rape. After some discussions, the author changes the end, so that the queen prevents the rape and takes the initiative (freeing herself). The author didn't want to sanctify rape.
