Margery Ruth Morgenstern Krueger who wrote under the name Jayge Carr died from cancer on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. She was 66.
Margery was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She was a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America and published at least 4 novels in the 1970s and 80s, including Leviathan's Deep and Navigator's Syndrome. She continued to publish short fiction in the 1990s.
Survivors include her husband, Roger; two daughters, Cynthia and Sharon; three sisters, Carol, Joan & Patsy; two grandchildren, Carina and Alanna. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Guest book and obituary available at www.harrellfuneralhomes.com. There will be no funeral service. Although the date has not been anounced so far, there will be a future gathering in celebration of her life.
