Ashley Gable is an American screenwriter and television producer.

She worked on season one of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Her TV writing credits also include work on Xena: Warrior Princess, The Invisible Man and New Amsterdam.

Gable has also been involved in labour activism. She was a strike captain during the 2008 Writers' Strike by the Writers Guild of America.

She is currently working on the crime comedy-drama series The Mentalist as a writer and co-executive producer.
