Possibilities

A space for us to talk about possible plans for propagating Láadan online, and starting up some new discussions.

The website could include:

  • The glossary (in the database, wherever hosted)
  • Online lesson plans / workbooks (but do we need to be careful to not cut out market for print?)
  • Order forms for print copies
  • Examples of translated texts
  • Theoretical information about Láadan, Sapir-Whorf, etc.
  • Fun & cool ways for people to actually talk in Láadan, such as a chatroom, or perhaps a blog with Láadan/other lang. columns in parallel?
  • Study guides for setting up local Láadan study & discussion groups

People

People who contribute to Láadan, and who are interested in contributing, learning, documenting, extending, practicing, or other projects.

  • Suzette Haden Elgin
  • Liz Henry
  • Jackie Powers
  • Laura Quilter
