summary & spoilers
Carl Daleck, a convicted pedophile and murderer, is released after a court overturns his conviction. Danny is uncharacteristically freaked out, and it's revealed that it was his failure to observe Due Process and Fourth Amendment requirements that led to the reversal of the conviction.
