- the gods are around. Kali, Loki / Archangel Gabriel / Trickster, and a lot of other gods. Most of them end up dead, but Loki/Gabriel leaves a DVD message for Sam & Dean telling them how to trap Lucifer back in Hell: gather the four rings from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. They've already got two: War and Famine -- so they just need Pestilence (aka Plague) and Death.
