Toshiko Sato
Toshiko Sato is a fictional character from Torchwood, who works at the Cardiff division of the Torchwood Institute. Her specialty is computers. She may or may not be the same character as the Toshiko Sato who appeared as a pathologist working for U.N.I.T. in the Doctor Who episode "Aliens of London".
Toshiko Sato is played by Naoko Mori.
Torchwood Cardiff has a small number of personnel, all of whom are dysfunctional. She is the best of them.
Also, she has an alien scanning device that lets her transfer the text of a hardcopy book to a computer in a matter of seconds. The author of this article envies her for that device.
