What's your vision of the FSFwiki? a reference like wikipedia? a reference like the Star Trek wiki? a source of theory? a home for various polemical essays? an experiment in feminist processing? something else entirely? a resource of works about feminist sf? a resource of feminist perspectives on any sf?

  • A reference resource about SF with embedded feminist analysis, like the lists of characters in wikipedia or the Star Trek wiki, but with various feminist takes and commentaries and analyses of the characterizations and treatments of the characters. --LQ 07:37, 10 December 2006 (PST)
    • Basically a source of feminist criticism on works of interest to feminist SF. Works of interest to feminist SF can be works that are "feminist SF", sexist works, works which offer a unique critical insight of some other kind, or are influential and significant works, generally, and therefore feminist analysis is important.
  • Many more reading lists and reading guides, top 10 lists or top 20 lists of all sorts. It would be awesome, for example, to collect lists from children's librarians of what they recommend to girls and young women - and I don't just mean lists from today but collect those lists over time. --Liz Henry 13:02, 16 December 2006 (PST)
  • A place to collect links to & compile history of discussions going on in the fsf blogosphere. I think it is important to gather this and organize timelines and summaries as part of our feminist intellectual history.--Liz Henry 13:05, 16 December 2006 (PST)
  • Hosting space and public archive of old fsf zines or ephemera of any kind. Zine editors or authors could scan their zines and email to us, or make accounts and upload material. --Liz Henry 13:05, 16 December 2006 (PST)
    • Yes I want to host -- we have http://archives.feministsf.net/ . I want to get all the old FBN columns online, and other feminist sf ephemera.--LQ 18:53, 19 December 2006 (PST)
  • biographical info and stories about women in SF; stuff that might not make it into wikipedia or official biographies. --Liz Henry 12:34, 17 February 2007 (PST)
