A publisher of table top [Roleplaying games (pen and paper)|roleplaying games]. The games are more focused on character development and social conflicts than other games around at the time, and are thought to be played by more women than other games.

'Old World of Darkness A "Gothic-punk" world, like our world but darker, and lots supernatural beings hiding out. In the games you played one of these be]]ings.

The games included:

  • [Werewolf: The Apocalypse]
  • [Mage: The Ascension]
  • [Changeling: The Dreaming]
  • Demon: The Fallen
  • Hunter: The Reckoning
  • Wraith: The Oblivion
  • Mummy: The Resurrection

There was also a [LARP] line called Mind's Eye Theatre, which allowed one get dressed up and play most of the above critters. These LARPs where very big social gatherings.

'New World of Darkness a remake of the world of darkness with somewhat updated rules and new names for everything

  • [Promethean: The Created]
  • [Changeling: The Lost]

The also produce [Exalted] and several other games.
