Demon Seed is a 1977 movie starring Julie Christie as Susan Harris, a housewife, trapped in a futuristic automated house by "Proteus". The Proteus automated house creates a machine-human hybrid as a child.

Directed by Donald Cammell, based on Demon Seed the novel by Dean Koontz.
