Crew of the neo-dolphin starship Streaker. She is sexually harassed by a dolphin on the crew. The human male members of the crew laugh it off. (She's afraid to talk to them about it) Gillian Baskin defends her to an extent. The problem is "resolved" when Dennie changing the way she reacts, making the whole thing seam like her fault. (I had found memories of this book and was sad to find that this was the case)
