Cordelia Naismith is the principal character and protagonist of two of Lois McMaster Bujold's novels in the Vorkosigan Saga, Shards of Honor and Barrayar. The first tells the story of her relationship with Aral Vorkosigan, and the second the story of their early marriage and the birth of their child Miles Vorkosigan. She herself was a captain of an astronomical survey vessel from Beta Colony.
