Nice Guy sometimes "Nice Guy" (in quotes) or "Nice Guy (TM)" (not in quotes but with a TM tag) refers to a posture that some men assume to explain why they are not getting a girlfriend / getting laid.

The riff goes: "I'm not getting laid, but I'm a Nice Guy, so it can't be that; it must be that Women don't like Nice Guys."
