- Apparently they've been looking for Ava (from prior episode "Hunted") for a month.
- They take a case involving a lot of mysterious deaths at an inn. The innkeeper and the porter each assume that Sam and Dean are a gay couple antiquing. "What'd you mean we looked the type?" Dean asks anxiously. ... "Of course the most troubling question is why do these people keep assuming we're gay?" he asks Sam later. "Well, you are kind of butch," Sam replies, "Probably think you're overcompensating." Dean semi-laughs.
