I'm not sure what you mean by "authenticity" here. Authenticity in common parlance means original, honest, not fake or misleading. I'm not sure what that has to do with legitimacy. Or rather, I'm not sure why you're highlighting authenticity among the many things with which legitimation is often connected. (Or do you mean authenticity as it is used in philosophy? If so I think it's confusing, and maybe should be handled as a separate paragraph and a link to explain the philosophy use, which is philosophy jargon and not ordinary usage.) --LQ 08:09, 5 May 2007 (PDT)
