Jeanne d'Arc (known in Eng. as "Joan of Arc"; also known as The Maid of Orléans or La Pucelle d'Orléans).
Historical woman warrior, who led French armies to victory, got a king crowned, and was later captured by her enemies and burned at the stake as a heretic.
Inspired a lot of stories, from retellings of her life to appearances in various works of fiction.
