Serenity (film)
Serenity is a film written and directed by Joss Whedon, picking up the story begun in the TV series Firefly. (See also Serenity (Firefly pilot).)
Serenity picks up the story approximately six months after the last Firefly episode, "Objects in Space". A three-issue Serenity comic book that came out in the months before the movie bridged the story gap between the series and the film.
