Minister Lizalor is a character in Isaac Asimov’s foundation series. She appears in Foundation and Earth. She is the Minister of Transportation on Comporellian. In Foundation and Earth, Minister Lizalor attempts to blackmail and/or bribe Golan Trevize out of his gravitic ship, as doing so would allow Comporellian to compete with the Foundation in terms of technology. Trevize sleeps with her as part of gambit to allow him to keep his ship until the end of his mission, but after learning that Trevize is searching for Earth – which she considers unlucky – she allows him to keep the ship completely.

After the fact, Trevize and the reader learn that Bliss mentally broke a few of Minister Lizalor’s inhibitions that led to Minister Lizalor propositioning sex with Trevize. The text inadequately addresses how this information pertains to the question of inhibited consent in regard to the sex between Minister Lizalor and Trevize.
