Wanda Seldon is a character in Isaac Asimov’s Foundation Series. She appears in Forward the Foundation. She is the daughter of Manella Dubanqua and Raych Seldon. A mentalist, capable of both reading and manipulating emotions, she follows in her grandfather Hari Seldon’s footsteps, becoming a psychohistorian and is one of the first members of the Second Foundation.
