Qherrique

Qherrique is a natural pearly substance in Sylvia Kelso's Amberlight world. It may be mined only by women in particular phases of their menstrual cycle, may or may not have self-determination since it is particular about whom or when it permits mining, and permits the holder of the substance to influence others.
