This book is listed: Elizabeth Bear, Hell and Earth: A Novel of the Promethean Age (December 2009, Roc) Paperback

Since this book was originally published in August of 2008, isn't it ineligible? Greyweather 22:42, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

That was probably me who added it... I'll go wipe it. My MO is usually to think up a female author, go to Amazon, and see if I can figure out if she's got a book this year. It doesn't work worth a darn with reprints, though, because Amazon doesn't say it's a reprint so I have to figure that out with other searches. I'd love to hear what other people do to find and list books. --Madeline F 08:01, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
New things added to LibraryThing very often have "original publication date" added. I check there, once I have a title identified, if I need to know the OPD. --LQ 12:27, 27 September 2009 (UTC)

Date subsections?

What's with the subsections for different parts of the year? I think they just make the list harder to use. --Kathryn Cramer 15:08, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
