Character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, played by Juliet Landau.

She is a insane vampire with psychic abilities, and the long-time girlfriend of Spike (vampire), though she also has rather twisted relationships with Angelus and Darla. Because of her gifts of clairvoyance and her insanity, she often speaks in a rather cryptic, disjointed manner, and behaves unpredictably.

She is extremely dangerous, but her mental damage skews her agency, and in the presence of her torturer and sire Angelus (whom she calls her "bad daddy"), she often becomes sexually submissive. Her prolonged period of physical weakness due to lasting injuries also made her behave indirectly, via her influence on Spike, whose actions she guided with her prophetic knowledge.

Drusilla was a young clairvoyant woman, whom Angelus tortured to the point of insanity, killing her whole family, then turned into a vampire, which he considered a masterpiece among his evil deeds.

From then on Drusilla exhibited Stockholm syndrome symptoms towards Angelus, and accompanied him and his sire, Darla, on their travels.

Feeling left out of Angelus and Darla's relationship, Drusilla later sired Spike as a companion of her own. She was attacked by an angry mob in Prague at some point, leaving her weakened for a long period of time.

She was still ill when she made her first appearances on BtVS, under Spike's doting care, and functioned more as a motivation for his actions than on her own. After Spike restored her to health through a blood ritual, however, Drusilla's independence only lasted briefly, because Drusilla soon joined forces with Angelus again, becoming once more submissive towards her sire, and creating sexual jealousy in Spike, who had been injured and could not compete with Angelus for her affection.

During the period when she and Angelus both terrorised Sunnydale, Drusilla tortured Rupert Giles, invading his mind to procure information, and hypnotised and murdered the vampire Slayer Kendra.

When Angelus tried to destroy the world, Spike, having temporarily allied himself with Buffy, kidnapped Drusilla and took her away from Sunnydale.

In South America, Drusilla broke up with Spike over his alliance and growing feelings for Buffy, and set off on her own.

She reappeared on the Buffy spin-off, Angel, where she turned a human-reborn Darla back into a vampire, and both of them went on a killing rampage through Los Angeles, until Angel drove them away.

Her final appearance on Buffy saw her try to win Spike's love back, and giving up in disgust when his loyalty and love for Buffy proved greater.

Her fate after that is unknown, although the First Evil impersonated Drusilla to torture Spike during season 7 of Buffy.
