Isn't this a little redundant, given that we've got a "stub" template? (And pretty much EVERYTHING needs work, anyhow.) --Ide Cyan 09:12, 18 June 2007 (PDT)

just trying to be more specific, so that it's easier to create little "mini-projects" for people looking to do something. this way they can easily go to some category and just add in discrete bits of content -- could seem less daunting. that's the theory anyway.
