Changeling: The Dreaming

Changeling: The Dreaming is an RPG published by White Wolf and set in the old world of darkness.

In the game you play a fairy soul in a mortal body, and as such you can take part in the mortal world and the fairy world. The fairy world overlaps the mortal world in some places. Most of the fae world is feudal, with Barrons and Baronesses, who serve Counts and Countesses, who serve Dukes Duchesses who serve Kings and Queens who serve the High King.

There are various types of fairy (or "Kith"). These include:

• Boggans who are short and plump and can do crafts really fast;
• Eshu who are wanderers with the knack for being in the right place at the right time;
• Pooka who can't tell the straight truth and can turn into animals;
• Sidhe who are the traditional rulers of the fae;
• Nockers who are skilled crafters but can never make anything perfect;
• Trolls who are big blue and honourable; and
• Sayters who have goat legs and rather wild.
