A wide variety of mobsters has a shoot-out. Gallo gets away unscathed, to tell Pezzini of the new guy in town trying to run the criminal show: "V". "Hierophant" relates to the tarot. On the recommendation of Gabriel, Sara goes to visit a fortune teller drag queen who may also be possessed or a demon (Roger Daltrey). V, it turns out, looks just like James Pezzini and has his fingerprints; it's all being orchestrated by Satan.
