Ocean Girl (TV series)

Ocean Girl (aka "Ocean Odyssey" in the UK) is a TV series, aired between 1994-1998 in Australia. It featured the story of Neri, an alien girl from a water planet orphaned and stranded on Earth. She lives with Diane Bates, an oceanographer, Bates' teenage sons, and Winston Seth, Bates' colleague.
