Talk:Historical Canon

This list was assembled initially by Liz Henry, which is organized chronologically by when the story was written. She notes that more young adult titles should perhaps be added to the list. (cf. "Possible canons").
- if this is a contribution by a particular person, intended to be credited to that person or as an example of that person's individual view, then maybe it should be protected from editing? maybe everyone can submit their own canons? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 128.122.73.84 (talk • contribs) 2006-06-23T17:57:38.
- Good point - It's because the source was included that suggests it's a personal thing. My own take is that we should consider the FSFwiki to not be individually-owned lists but to be group-editable. (And knowing liz I'm pretty sure that's what she'd say, although i'm not, of course, speaking for her.) Original source is historically interesting; I would put it on talk page maybe. I think I'll do that now ... At any rate -- we can all submit our own takes on what various canons might be. For myself, I'm not quite sure what this canon is meant to be anyway, so I wanted to ask for a definition at the top -- "what is a historical canon". With definition then people will feel more comfortable editing it too, I think. --LQ 07:49, 25 April 2007 (PDT)
