Tammy chaired ConFusion each January for three years (2001: Mystery God ConFusion, 2002: Astronomical ConFusion, 2003: ConFusion and Her Friends). During that time she negotiated an increasingly good hotel contract with the Van Dyke Park in Warren, which benefits then transfered into a new relationship with the Troy Marriott that Tammy helped initiate and establish for 2004.

Tammy was mentored in her smoffing by [Katherine Becker].  She in turn mentored [Anne KG Murphy].  In recent years, AASFA management has been remarkably free of personal politics; a substantial amount of credit for that goes to Tammy and Katherine.
