Katherine Becker is a former conchair of ConFusion (1997, 1998, 1999), and has served on the Board of Directors of the Ann Arbor Science Fiction Association and also as Social Director of Stilyagi. While conchair, Katherine actively sought out women to mentor, two of whom went on to become future Chairs of ConFusion as well. She was Toastmaster at ConFusion in 2001.
