Angel One is an early Star Trek: The Next Generation episode in which the Enterprise visits a matriarchal world.

Analysis

The episode ends with Riker giving a Speech to the matriarchs of Angel One, saying that humanity "evolved" beyond sexism and they will, too!!! This, and the inverse sexual dimorphism of the humanoids on Angel One that shows the females as physically stronger than the males, as well as socially dominant, casts sexism in a naturalistic light.

In other words, it completely denies the view that sexism is a product of oppression, of a social organisation that is not caused by nature, and not doomed to disappear naturally, without the major political efforts that human woman have had to make to gain social rights.
